Reconnect, recharge and leave with a sense of rejuvenation at Doula Yogi's Postnatal Mama Yoga Class. Offered on Sunday at 3pm. Tami Mor, dual-certified doula and yoga instructor, leads this 75-minute class designed for postnatal moms to relax and refresh in a supportive and nurturing environment that allows you to connect with others. This class is a perfect respite for moms with newborns and toddlers.

Meet Your Instructor
Hello! My name is Tami Mor, thank you for learning more about Doula Yogi and my prenatal yoga program. I am a highly experienced, dual certified doula (including DONA) and certified Sivananda yoga teacher, specializing in prenatal yoga. In addition to being a doula and a yogi, I have deep roots in midwifery, dating back many generations.
