Doula Yogi now offers a postnatal mama yoga class on the 2nd & 4th Sunday of the month. Connect with other new moms, recharge, and relax in this 75 minute rejuvenating small group class for new moms.

Class Details

Reconnect, recharge, and rejuvenate with Doula Yogi's new Postnatal Mama Yoga Class, offered on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month. Led by Tami Mor, dual-certified doula and yoga instructor, this 75-minute class is designed specifically for postnatal moms to relax, renew, and refresh in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Meet Your Instructor

Hello! My name is Tami Mor, thank you for learning more about Doula Yogi and my prenatal yoga program. I am a highly experienced, dual certified doula (including DONA) and certified Sivananda yoga teacher, specializing in prenatal yoga. In addition to being a doula and a yogi, I have deep roots in midwifery, dating back many generations.
