Tami's prenatal yoga classes offers a unique approach to traditional class offered most places. Through specialized movement (that specifically translates to the way your body will move during labor), visualization and meditation, her classes will provide you with a holistic array of tools to help ease the birth of your beautiful baby. Regularly practicing letting go of the tension and noise of the world around you, and focusing internally on your baby and your body, you will be better prepared mentally and emotionally for the process of labor and delivery.
